Sesame oil
  Flavorful dark amber-coloured oil; used in wok cooking and for seasoning.purposes

Walnut oil
  Rich and nutty tasting.  It turns rancid easily, so keep it in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator ( ice box ).

Chili oil
  Usually a neutral tasting oil, infused over a period of time with a combination birdseye chilies peppercorns and various herbs.  ( numerous variations exist )
Predominately used for seasoning.and salads.
