Baby Carrots With Horseradish

1lb / 450g  Baby Carrots
2tbls / 30g  Butter or Margarine
1tbls / 15ml  Honey
1/4tsp / 1g  Salt
1tbls / 15ml  Prepared Horseradish
Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste
3tbls / 45ml   Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Place the carrots on a steamer rack above gently boiling water, cover, and steam until tender, about 30 minutes.
  In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the honey, salt, and horseradish.
Transfer the carrots to a warm serving bowl. Add the horseradish mixture and pepper and toss to mix well.
  Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately
