1-2 tsp Madras curry powder
1-2 curry paste
1/2 tsp ground coriander ( cilantro, or chinese parsley
)
1.25 litres / 21/4 pints beef, chicken or vegetable
stock
225g / 7oz can chopped tomatoes
60g / 2oz cooked long grain rice ( optional )
60-90g / 2-3oz cooked chicken, beef or lamb, chopped very finely
Salt & pepper
